DRABBLES
CHALLENGE SIX
Sent to me by PGW:
I compiled a list of challenges I did for
a group I was part of not long ago, each is
color coded. I've mixed up some of the ones
I had, and thought you might like to use
them for a theme challenge.
Blue – Loneliness, Determination, Smile, Destiny, Regret, Endings, Denial, Life, Scars, Kisses
Pink – Spirit, Trust, Enigma, Grief, Heaven, Beginnings, Heart, Confidence, Darkness, Strength
Red – Passion, Duty, Pride, Family, Dreams, Serenity, Growth, Love, Jealousy, Nature
White – Hope, Innocence, Faith, Forbidden, Moving On, Adventure, Karma, Wounds, Paths, AwarenessSince the first three are their colors, I figured I'd throw in a fourth and make it an even 40. Hope you like it. Here are the rules, only changed for Syd and Sky
- These must be about Syd and Sky, or Syd alone or Sky alone. Preferably these need to be about them as a couple, leading up to them being a couple, or what not.
- The themes need to be at least 800 words. The reason for this is that to truly explore each theme, you need to delve into it, and the character(s). There is no limit on the length, but a good shot at the theme would be about 3-6 pages (a short one shot) and probably at least 1500-2000 words. Again, these are just suggestions.
- Try to link the stories to actual events that surrounded the character(s) during the actual canon, but if not, that’s cool.
- Try to explore different writing styles: first person, third person, dialogue, etc. See how many different ways you can write your themes.
